Sleeveless short playsuit or long coverall, buttoned on shoulders, and front buttoned blouse with long set-in sleeves. Upper section of playsuit or coverall is lined, bias belts are included in side seams and buttoned to front and inside leg openings are closed with hammer-on type snaps.
